The record
Noor was born in the United States and schooled in Jerusalem, Switzerland and at the IMG Sport Academy in Florida. Cars were part of her life from the start.
After returning to Palestine in 2009 she was discovered by the head of the Palestinian Motorsport Federation while teaching herself to drift in her mother’s BMW. In 2011 she committed to drifting full time and took her first podium in Budapest, Hungary.
A wildcard entry to Red Bull Car Park Drift in Jordan in 2014 carried her to the final in Dubai, the biggest event of its kind in the Middle East. She went on to compete at Red Bull CPD in Amman, Dubai, Lebanon and Kuwait, and has finished on the podium in drift championships across Europe, the UAE, Jordan and Egypt.
Noor is one of the drivers at the centre of Speed Sisters, the documentary about the first all-female Palestinian racing team. On screen she has worked as stunt double and driver for Fatima Albanawi on Route 10, and as a stunt driver on commercials and live stunt shows.
Her skill set reaches well beyond the car: precision driving, motorcycle and horse riding, boxing, high falls, body burns, wirework, rigging and cinematic fight choreography.
First professional female drifter in the Middle East.
